The invention is used to take patients being treated in hospitals, at home, patients undergoing and going through surgery, elderly people, obese people, people who have temporarily lost their mobility, from their beds and transferring them to another place. It is about a patient transport vehicle that enables transfers to the ground, changes the bed linen under the patient, performs this task with the help of a single assistant personnel, and turns into a patient stretcher when necessary.
