Abstract
Buluş; ?Engelli Lift Sisteminde Yenilik? olup, özellikle kaset tipi liftlerde, kaset ve gövdenin içerisine yatay giriş ve çıkış yapmasını sağlayan yataklama sistemi geliştirilmesiyle ilgilidir. Buluş ile engelli yolcuların gerek özel araçlarına gerekse toplu taşıma araçlarına inip binerken kullandıkları lift sistemlerinin hareket kabiliyeti ve kullanım ömrü uzatılmış olacaktır.Meet; ?Innovation in Disabled Lift System? TARIFNAME ENGELLI LIFT SISTEMINDE YENILIK Teknik Alan Bulus; hareket kisitliligi bulunan engelli bireylerin, kendi özel araçlarina, minibüs, otobüs gibi toplu tasima araçlarina inip binerken kullanilan lift sistemi ile ilgilidir. Gelistirilen sistemde özellikle kaset tipi liftlerde, kaset ve gövdenin içerisine yatay giris ve çikis yapmasini saglayan yataklama sistemi gelistirilmistir. Önceki Teknik Mevcutta kullanilmakta olan yöntemlerde, engelli liftleri farkli tip ve modellere sahiptir. Söz konusu farkli modeller yapisal olarak ayrildigi gibi mekanik olarak da özellikleri itibariyla farkliliklar göstermektedir. Mevcutta kullanilmakta olan bu modeller içerisinde bulunan ve mevcut kaset tipi lift diye bahsi geçen lift sistemlerinde; kaset kismi araca monte edilmektedir. Elektrik motoru, mekanik ve hidrolik vb. alternatif tahrik sistemleriyle gövde ve gövdeye monte edilmis kaldirma kollari sayesinde yine kaldirma kollarina monte edilen platform kaset yapi içerisinde hareket etmektedir. Monte edilmis olunan yükseklikten asagi yer düZlemine veya monte edilmis olan yükseklikten yukari araç tabanina erisim saglayarak engelli bireyin inisini ve binisini saglamaktadir. Engelli yolcularin inisini ve binisini saglamak için gövde ve diger bahsedilen bilesenlerin öncelikle kaset içerisinden yatay hareket ile kaset disina çikisi yapilmak zorundadir. Inis veya binis islemini tamamladiktan sonra ise yine kaset içerisine girerek fonksiyon olarak göreV yerine getirilmis olmaktadir. Bahsedilen bu islem ile (yatay giris ve çikis) alternatif çesitli yöntemlerle yapilmaktadir. Bu yöntemler ile, o Kaset içerisinde, aracin yol sartlarina göre titresim ve ses yapmasina yol açmaktadir. o Kaset içerisinde gövdenin saga veya sola çikis esnasinda yönelmesine sebep olmaktadir. 0 Engelli bireyin platform üzerinde, araç içine kaldirilirken (300kg) yük kaldirma problemlerinin yasanmasina sebep olmaktadir. 0 Bahsedilen bu problemlerin kaldirilmasi için ek isçilik ve ek maliyet ile çözülebilmektedir. Bulusun Genel Açiklamasi Bulus, "Engelli Lift Sisteminde Yenilik" olup, Araç üzerine montaji yapilan ürünün, kaset yapisi içerisinde bulunan göVde, kaldirma kolu ve platform yapilarinin kaset disarisina ve içerisine yatay yönde giris - çikis hareketleri esnasinda gerçeklesecek olan hareketin stabil, kolay ve sessiz sekilde tamamlanmasini saglamaktir. Yataklama sisteminde kullanilan tüm parçalarin tüm ölçü ve özellikleri birbiri ile uyumlu tasarlanmasi sebebiyle diger hareket mekanizmalarinda karsilasilan rezonans ve sesli çalisma sorunlarinin önüne geçilmistir. Tasarlanan yataklama sisteminde tek bir noktadan degil de tüm yüzeyin birbiriyle temas ettirilmesiyle, gerçeklesecek olan içeri - disari hareketinin stabil ve düz bir sekilde gerçeklesmesini saglayarak içeri - disari hareket esnasinda hareketi zorlastiracak ve malzemeye zarar verecek istem disi hareketlerinde önüne geçilmistir. Ray ve araba arasinda kullanilan kaygan ve asinmaya dayanikli plastik sayesinde hareketin manuel gerçeklesmesi durumunda ürünü kullanacak kisinin, otomatik olmasi durumunda tahrik sisteminde kullanilan motorun zorlanmadan hareketi tamamlanmasi saglanmistir. Yapilan statik hesaplari ve kullanilacak malzemenin kalitesiyle yataklama sisteminde kullanilan ray ve arabalarda deforme olma ve kalici sekil degisiklikleri ortadan kaldirilmistir. Bu sayede satis sonrasinda ortaya çikacak sorunlar yüzünden isçilik ve maliyet giderlerinde azalmalar olacaktir. Bulusun Ayrintili Açiklamasi Söz konusu bulusun amaçlarina ulasmak için gerçeklestirilen "Engelli Lift Sistemi" ekli sekilde ayrintili olarak gösterilmistir. Sekil 1. Yukarida bahsedilen çizim ekli sekillerde asagidaki gibi numaralandirilmistir; 2- Araba 3- Kaydirici Plastik Içermektedir. Bulus konusu, "Engelli Lift Sisteminde Yenilik" olup, özelligi; ray (1), araba (2) vekaydirici plastik (3) içermektedir. Alüminyum ray (l), üzerinde bulunan baglanti delikleri vasitasiyla kaset üzerinde bulunan yerine civata yardimiyla sabitlenmektedir. Kasete sabitlemis olan ray (l) sistemin düz bir dogrultuda hareket etmesine yardimci olacak kilavuz görevi görmektedir. Rayin (l) ortasinda bulunan delik ise hem ürünün agirligini düsürmeye yönelik hem de içeri- disari hareket eden parçalarin limitini belirlemek için kullanilan bir yardimci olarak kullanilmaktadir. Arabanin üzerinde bulunan delikler vasitasiyla parça, engelli liftinin gövdesine civata yardimiyla sabitlenmektedir. Gövde üzerine sabitlenen arabalar (2), öncesinde kasete sikilan raylarin (l) üzerine geçirilerek sistemin içeri - disari hareket etmesi saglanmaktadir. Arabalarin (2) kesiti rayin (l) kesitiyle tam uyumlu oldugu için tek bir nokta yerine yüzeyler tamamen birbirine oturmakta ve istedigimiz hareketi hiçbir zorlanma ve sikisma olmadan saglamaktadir. Arabanin (2) içerisine hareketin verimliligini artirmak amaciyla kaygan ve asinmaya dayanikli plastikler takilmaktadir. Arabalar kaliptan çiktiktan sonra plastiklerin oturacagi yuvanin açilmasi için CNC freze yardimiyla yuvalar açilmaktadir. Daha sonra bu yuvalara enjeksiyon kalibindan çikan asinmaya dayanikli, kaydirici plastik (3) parçalarimiz yerlestirilmektedir. Yerlestirilen kaydirici plastik (3) parçalar, ray (1) ile araba (2) arasinda kalarak iki metal parçanin birbirine süitmesini engelleyerek sistemin daha stabil ve güç kaybetmeden çalismasina olanak saglamaktadir. Prior Art In the currently used methods, disabled lifts have different types and models. These different models differ not only structurally but also mechanically in terms of their features. In the lift systems currently in use, which are among these models and referred to as existing cassette type lifts; The cassette part is mounted on the vehicle. Electric motor, mechanical and hydraulic etc. Thanks to the body and the lifting arms mounted on the body with alternative drive systems, the platform mounted on the lifting arms moves within the cassette structure. It enables disabled individuals to get in and out by providing access to the ground plane below from the mounted height or to the vehicle floor from the mounted height upwards. In order to enable disabled passengers to get on and off, the body and other mentioned components must first be moved out of the cassette by horizontal movement from within the cassette. After completing the boarding or landing process, it goes back into the cassette and its function is fulfilled. This mentioned process (horizontal entry and exit) is performed by various alternative methods. These methods cause the vehicle to vibrate and make noise within that Cassette, depending on the road conditions. o It causes the body in the cassette to turn to the right or left during exit. 0 It causes problems in lifting the load (300kg) of the disabled individual while being lifted onto the platform into the vehicle. 0 These problems can be solved with additional labor and additional costs. General Description of the Invention The invention is "Innovation in the Disabled Lift System", and it ensures that the movement that will occur during the horizontal entry and exit movements of the product mounted on the vehicle, the body, lifting arm and platform structures inside the cassette, out and inside the cassette, in a stable, easy and silent manner. to ensure its completion. Since all dimensions and features of all parts used in the bearing system are designed to be compatible with each other, resonance and noise problems encountered in other movement mechanisms are prevented. In the designed bearing system, by contacting the entire surface with each other rather than a single point, the in-out movement is ensured to occur in a stable and flat manner, thus preventing unintentional movements that would make the movement difficult and damage the material during the in-out movement. Thanks to the slippery and abrasion-resistant plastic used between the rail and the carriage, the person who will use the product can complete the movement without any difficulty if the movement is manual, or the engine used in the drive system if it is automatic. With the static calculations and the quality of the material to be used, deformation and permanent shape changes in the rails and carriages used in the bearing system have been eliminated. In this way, there will be reductions in labor and costs due to problems that may arise after sales. The rail (l) fixed to the cassette serves as a guide to help the system move in a straight direction. The hole in the middle of the rail (l) is used as an aid both to reduce the weight of the product and to determine the limit of the parts moving in and out. The part is fixed to the body of the disabled lift with the help of bolts through the holes on the car. The trolleys (2) fixed on the body are placed on the rails (l) previously tightened to the cassette, allowing the system to move in and out. Since the cross-section of the carriages (2) is fully compatible with the cross-section of the rail (l), the surfaces fit together completely instead of a single point and provide the movement we want without any strain or jamming. Slippery and wear-resistant plastics are installed inside the car (2) in order to increase the efficiency of movement. After the cars come out of the mold, slots are opened with the help of CNC milling to open the slot where the plastics will sit. Then, our wear-resistant, sliding plastic (3) parts coming out of the injection mold are placed in these slots. The placed sliding plastic (3) parts remain between the rail (1) and the carriage (2) and prevent the two metal parts from sliding together, allowing the system to operate more stable and without losing power.
