Giyotin sistemde personelin dikkatsizligi gibi durumlar nedeni ile uzuv kopmasi gibi is kazalari meydana gelebilmektedir. Ayni zamanda yine personele bagli dezenfeksiyon islemi yapilmakta ve üretim sonrasi yogun bir sekilde bakteriyel yük olusmaktadir. Bu durum da gida güvenligini tehlikeye sokmaktadir. Teknigin bilinen durumu ile ilgili yapilan arastirmada karsilasilan US4321729A numarali basvuru baliklarin kafasinin kesilmesi sirasinda hizalanmasini saglayan aparat ile ilgilidir. Bu basvuruda baligin kafasinin kesilmesi için en iyi konuma getirilmesini saglayan bir yapilanma konu alinmistir.
