TARIFNAME POMPALI VANTUZLARDA GELISTIRME Teknik Alan Bu bulus; cam, fayans, araç kaportasi gibi yüzeylere vakum etkisi ile tutunma saglayan pompali vantuzlarda gelistirme ile ilgilidir. Önceki Teknik Günümüzde cam, fayans ve benzeri yüzeyler üzerinde yüksek mukavemetli tutunma saglamak için pompali vantuzlar kullanilmaktadir. Bu pompali vantuzlarin tutunma gücü yüksek oldugundan dolayi büyük boyutlu bir camin tasinmasi veya düz bir yüzey üzerine agir bir esyanin tutturulmasi gibi islemlerde kullanicilara büyük bir kolaylik saglamaktadir. Yine araçlarin kaportalarinda olusan gölcüklerin düzeltilmesi için de bu pompali vantuzlar siklikla kullanilmaktadir. Fakat günümüzde kullanilan pompali vantuzlarda havanin geçisinin kontrolü için kullanilan klapenin alt kisminda bulunan destek gövdesi sadece klapenin düzgün bir sekilde oturmasi için tasarlanmis olup bu destek gövdesinin orta kismi bostur. Bu nedenle esnek malzemeden mamul olan klape vakum etkisi ile olusan kuvvete maruz kaldiginda bu bosluga girerek görevini (hava geçisinin engellenmesini) yapamamakta ve pompali vantuzun vakum etkisi ile sagladigi tutunma kuvvetinin kaybolmasina neden olmaktadir. Özellikle yapilan islemler sirasinda bu durumun ortaya çikmasi tasinan esyanin veya düz yüzeye yerlestirilen esyanin düsmesi gibi istenmeyen kazalara yol açmaktadir. Yine araçlarin kaportasinin düzeltilmesi sirasinda ortaya çikan bu durum hem yapilacak düzeltme isleminin Bulusun Amaci Bu bulusun amaci hava geçisini saglayan klapenin destek gövdesinin içine kaçmasini engelleyerek klapenin görevini tam olarak yerine getirmesini saglamak dolayisi pompali vantuzlardaki saglanan vakum kuvvetinin korunmasini saglamaktadir. For this reason, when the flap made of flexible material is exposed to the force created by the vacuum effect, it cannot do its job (preventing air passage) by entering this gap and causes the loss of the holding force provided by the pump suction cup with the vacuum effect. Especially when this situation occurs during the operations, it leads to undesirable accidents such as the falling of the carried goods or the goods placed on the flat surface. Again, this situation, which occurs during the correction of the bodywork of the vehicles, is both necessary for the correction process to be performed.
