Teknigin Bilinen Durumu Günümüzde pek çok kisi TV yayin saglayicilarindan hizmet almakta ve söz konusu TV yayin saglayicilari ek olarak bir mobil uygulama hizmeti de sunmaktadir. Bahsi geçen TV yayin saglayicisi, kullanilan servis saglayicisinin sundugu tüm televizyon programlarinin tüm uygulama ve mobil cihazlardan izlemesine olanak taniyan tek oturum açma aracidir. TV yayin saglayicisi TV uygulamasiyla bütünlesiktir ve destekledigi tüm uygulamalarin kullanimini kolaylasti rmaktadir. TV yayinlari izlenirken kullanicilar ortamda meydana gelen ses degisimlerinde televizyonun ses ayarlarina müdahale etmek zorunda kalmaktadirlar. Televizyon izlenen ortamdaki ses seviyesi arttiginda televizyon sesinin arttirilmasi, ortamdaki ses seviyesinin azalmasi durumunda da televizyon sesinin azaltilmasi gerekliligi dogmaktadir. Bu durum televizyon izlenirken kullanicinin odaginin bozulmasina ve izleme kalitesinin düsmesine yol açmaktadir. Bunun yani sira televizyon kumandasinin izleyicinin yaninda olmadiginin düsünüldügü durumlarda da bu durum izleyicinin konforunun bozulmasina neden olmaktadir. Teknik arastirmalar sonucunda ortaya çikan 2019/06822 basvuru numarasina sahip basvuru bilgisayarlara, akilli cihazlara ve benzer elektronik sistemlerin hoparlör çikisina baglanan ve televizyon gibi hoparlör sisteminin entegre edilmis oldugu cihazlarda dahili olarak bulunan ve ezan sirasinda müzigi kesen bir elektronik cihaz ile ilgilidir. Bulus konusu yapisinda bulunan mikrofon ile dis ortam seslerini dinleyerek ezan sesini tespit ettiginde insan müdahalesine gerek duymadan otomatik olarak sesin kesilmesini ve akilli cihazlar ile kurulan baglanti ile ezan saatlerinin yüklenebilmesini saglamaktadir. Bahsedildigi üzere bulus, ezan sirasinda müzigi kesen bir elektronik cihaz ile ilgili olup bunun yaninda yukarida bahsedilen dezavantajlara çözüm saglayabilecek bir yapilanmadan bahsetmemektedir. Sonuç olarak yukarida anlatilan olumsuzluklardan dolayi ve mevcut çözümlerin konu hakkindaki yetersizligi nedeniyle ilgili teknik alanda bir gelistirme yapilmasi gerekli kilinmistir. Bulusun Amaci Bulus, mevcut teknikte kullanilan yapilanmalardan farkli olarak bu alanda yeni bir açilim getiren farkli teknik özelliklere sahip bir yapinin ortaya koyulmasini ve yukarida belirtilen olumsuzluklari çözmeyi amaçlamaktadir. Bulusun öncelikli amaci; mobil cihazlarinda TV yayin saglayicilari kullanan kisiler tarafindan kullanilabilecek olan ve televizyonun ses seviyesi degerinin otomatik olarak ayarlanmasini saglayan ses ayarlama yöntemi ortaya koymaktir. Bulusun bir diger amaci, TV yayin saglayicisinin mobil uygulamasina sahip olan kisilerin algilanmasi ve algilanan ses düzeyine paralel olarak televizyon sesinin otomatik olarak arttirilabilmesinin veya azaltilabilmesinin saglanmasidir. Bulusun bir diger amaci, ortamin ses seviyesine göre televizyon sesine müdahalede bulunmak zorunda kalan izleyicinin odaginin dagilmasinin önüne geçilerek izleme kalitesinin arttirilmasi ve kumandanin izleyiciye uzak olmasi durumunda ortaya çikan konfor problemlerinin önüne geçilmesidir.
