Bulus konusu ürün sahip oldugu estetik görünümünün yani sira reflektif özellige sahip seritler de içermekte ve böylece geceleri araçlarin yayalar için ayrilmis alanlari rahatlikla fark edebilmesini saglayarak yaya güvenligini artirmaktadir. TEKNIGIN BILINEN DURUMU Günümüzde genellikle kaldirim kenarlarina çesitli aralikla konumlandirilarak araçlarin yayalar için ayrilan kaldirim ve benzeri alanlara girisinin engellenmesi için kullanilan çesitli duba yapilanmalari bulunmaktadir. Bahsi geçen bu dubalar sert yapidaki beton, metal ve kompozit malzemeden olabilecegi gibi bazi durumlarda dubalarin araçlara zarar vermesini engellemek için esnek yapidaki plastik malzemeden dubalar da kullanilabilmektedir. Günümüzde kullanilan beton dubalar kullanilan malzemenin yapisi geregi alçak boyutlarda üretilebilmekte ve bu nedenle araç sürücüleri tarafindan görünürlükleri sinirli olmaktadir. Beton malzemeden imal edilen kaldirim dubalari kendi agirliklari disinda yere sabitlenmeleri için herhangi bir yapi kullanilmadigindan zaman içerisinde konulduklari yerlerden çok zorlanmadan çikabilmekte/çikarilabilmekte ve bu nedenle islevlerini tam olarak yerine getirememektedir. Ayrica bir kent mobilyasi olarak yeterince estetik görünüm saglayamamakta ve beton malzemenin zaman içerisinde yipranip parçalanmasi nedeniyle uzun ömürlü kullanim imkanlari bulunmamaktadir. Benzer sekilde kompozit malzemeden imal edilen kaldirim dubalari da, kullanilan malzemenin kirilgan yapisi nedeniyle araç sürücülerinin görebilecegi yeterlilikte yükseklige sahip olamamakta ve üzerine gelebilecek olasi darbelerde kolay bir sekilde kirilarak parçalanmaktadir. Beton malzemeden üretilen kaldirim dubalari gibi kompozit malzemeden imal edilen kaldirim dubalari da uzun ömürlü kullanim imkani saglayamamakta ve sehirlerde kullanilabilirlikleri azalmaktadir. Günümüzde metal malzemeden imal edilen kaldirim dubalari da bulunmaktadir. Metal malzemeden mamul kaldirim dubalari yeterli mukavemeti saglayabilmekte ve böylece uzun ömürlü kullanim imkani saglamaktadir. Metal malzemeden mamul kaldirim dubalari boru yada kutu olarak tabir edilen metal profillerden üretilmekte ve bu nedenle yeterince estetik bir görünüm sergileyememektedir. Estetik görünüm elde edilebilmesi için döküm yöntemiyle imal edilen kaldirim dubalari da bulunmaktadir, ancak hem malzemenin fazlasiyla agir olmasi, hem de birim ürün maliyetlerinin yüksek olmasi nedeniyle yaygin bir kullanim söz konusu olamamaktadir. 2013/05705 nolu ve "Kent estetigi dubasi" baslikli faydali model basvurusunda kutu profil metal malzemeden üretilen bir duba yapilanmasindan bahsedilmistir. Söz konusu basvuruda yer alan ürünün yüzeylerine harf boslulari olusturularak yazi konumlandirilmakta ve içerisine konulan aydinlatma unsurlari ile bu yazilarin geceleri estetik bir sekilde görüntülenmesi amaçlanmistir. Ancak incelendiginde ürünün karmasik elektrik/elektronik yapiya sahip oldugu ve çok sayida parçadan bir araya getirilmis olmasi nedeniyle yüksek maliyetli bir ürün oldugu görülmektedir. Bir sehirdeki cadde ve sokaklara kaldirim dubalari monte edilmek istendiginde yüzlerce hatta binlerce kaldirim dubasi kullanilmasi gerekeceginden bu ürün oldukça yüksek maliyetler ile karsilasilmasina neden olmakta ve bu nedenle tercih edilebilirligi azalmaktadir. Günümüzde 2013/05705 nolu ve faydali model basvurusunda bahsedilen ürüne benzer yapida baska ürünler oldugu da bilinmektedir. Bu ürünler genellikle kaldirim dubalarinin üzerine isikli reklam alanlari yerlestirilen, batarya ve günes paneli gibi yüksek maliyetli malzeme gereksinimleri olan pahali ürünlerdir. Bahsedildigi gibi bir cadde ve sokakta kaldirim dubalarinin kullanilmak istenmesi durumunda yüzlerce hatta binlerce kaldirim dubasina ihtiyaç duyulacagindan bu tür çözümlerin fiyat/performans orani düsük kalmaktadir ve getirdigi yüksek maliyet yükü nedeniyle kullanimlari yayginlasamamistir. Günümüzde bahsi geçen ürünler disinda esnek yapidaki plastik malzemeden imal edilen kaldirim dubalari da bulunmaktadir. Bu kaldirim dubalari araçlarin yayalar için ayrilan alanlara girisini sadece görsel olarak engellemekte, araçlar bu dubalarin üzerinden geçtiginde esneyerek aracin hasar görmeden geçebilmesine imkan saglamakta ve araç geçisinden sonra eski formuna geri kavusmaktadir. Bu tür kaldirim dubalari yayalardan ziyade kaldirim dubasinin kendisini ve araçlari korumaya yönelik yapida ürünler oldugundan islevini tam olarak gerçeklestirememekte ve sadece görsel olarak engelleyici özellik sergilemektedir. BULUSUN TANIMI Bu bulus yukarida bahsedilen dezavantajlarin üstesinden gelebilen reklam alani içeren dekoratif kaldirim dubasi ile ilgilidir. Cadde ve sokaklarda yer alan kaldirimlar ile kent meydanlari, parklar, otoparklar ve benzeri alanlarda kullanilan ve araç trafigi ile yaya trafiginin birbirinden ayrilmasini saglayan reklam alani içeren dekoratif kaldirim dubasi yüksek mukavemetli yapinin saglanmasi için metal profil malzemeden üretilmekte ve uzun ömürlü kullanim imkanini saglamak için yüzeyi elektrostatik boya ile kaplanmaktadir. Bulus konusu üründe boru tipi metal profil yapilanmasi tercih edilmekte ancak bulusu farkli versiyonlarinda üçgen tip, kutu tipi yada farkli metal profil yapilanmalari da tercih edilebilmektedir. Bulus konusu reklam alani içeren dekoratif kaldirim dubasinin üst yüzeyi, yayalarin yüksekten baktiklarinda görüs açilarindaki en homojen ve net görüs imkaninin saglanabilmesi için egimli olarak konumlandirilmistir. Egimli olarak konumlandirilan bu üst yüzeyde yerel yönetimi gerçeklestiren belediyenin ve/veya özel sirketlerin logo, yazi ve görsellerinin konumlandirilabildigi bir reklam alani yer almaktadir. Bulus konusu reklam alani içeren dekoratif kaldirim dubasi, kullanildiklari yerlerde araç ve yayalarin gündüzleri rahat bir sekilde görebilmesi için tercihen siyah olmak üzere koyu renkli olarak elektrostatik boya ile kaplanmistir. KNOWN STATE OF THE TECHNOLOGY Today, there are various pontoon structures that are generally positioned at various intervals on the edges of the pavement and used to prevent vehicles from entering pavements and similar areas reserved for pedestrians. These buoys can be made of hard concrete, metal and composite materials, and in some cases, buoys made of flexible plastic material can also be used to prevent the buoys from damaging the vehicles. Concrete pontoons used today can be produced in low dimensions due to the structure of the material used, and therefore their visibility to vehicle drivers is limited. Since pavement bollards made of concrete material do not use any structure to fix them to the ground other than their own weight, they can be removed from their places without much difficulty over time and therefore cannot fully fulfill their functions. In addition, it does not provide a sufficiently aesthetic appearance as an urban furniture and does not have long-lasting usage opportunities as the concrete material wears out and disintegrates over time. Similarly, pavement bollards made of composite material are not high enough to be seen by vehicle drivers due to the fragile structure of the material used, and they easily break and shatter in case of possible impacts. Just like pavement bollards made of concrete material, pavement bollards made of composite material cannot provide long-lasting use and their usability in cities decreases. Nowadays, there are also pavement bollards made of metal material. Pavement bollards made of metal material can provide sufficient strength and thus provide long-lasting use. Pavement bollards made of metal material are produced from metal profiles called pipes or boxes and therefore cannot present a sufficiently aesthetic appearance. There are also pavement bollards manufactured by the casting method to achieve an aesthetic appearance, but they are not widely used due to the material being too heavy and the unit product costs being high. In the utility model application numbered 2013/05705 and titled "Urban aesthetic pontoon", a pontoon structure made of box profile metal material is mentioned.
