Abstract

Buluş; özellikle gıda endüstrisinde kullanılan haşlama kazanlarından çıkan haşlanmış ürün içerisinde yer alan sıvı kısımların, istenmesi halinde tekrar kullanılabilir şekilde haşlamış ürün içerisinden ayrılmasını sağlamak üzere geliştirilen haşlama kazanı altı süzme tezgahı ile ilgilidir. TARIFNAME HASLAMA KAZANI ALTI SÜZME TEZGAHI TEKNIK ALAN Bulus; özellikle gida endüstrisinde kullanilan haslama kazanlarindan çikan haslanmis ürün içerisinde yer alan sivi kisimlarin, istenmesi halinde tekrar kullanilabilir sekilde haslamis ürün içerisinden ayrilmasini saglamak üzere gelistirilen haslama kazani alti süzme tezgahi ile ilgilidir. ÖNCEKI TEKNIK Gida isleme endüstrisinde islenen gida türüne ve ürüne göre pek çok farkli üretim teknigi ve makine/ekipman kullanilmaktadir. Özellikle yemeye hazir gida ürünleri için ön pisirme ve paketleme adimlari büyük önem arz etmektedir. Gida isleme tesislerinde en sik kullanilan ön pisirme tekniklerinden birisi haslama olmaktadir. Haslama kazanlari içerisine beslenen gida ürünleri, ürün türüne bagli olarak haslanmakta ve daha sonra haslanan ürünler sürecin diger adimlari için haslama kazanlarindan alinarak tesis içerisinde tasinmaktadir. Mevcut teknikte kullanilan haslama kazanlarinda, haslanmis ve içerisinde halen sivi bulunan gida ürünleri haslama kazani çikisindan manuel olarak tasinan tasima kazanlarina aktarilmakta ve bu tasima kazanlari araciligi ile istenilen noktaya tasinmaktadir. Haslama kazanindan çikan ürün içerisinde bulunan sivi kismin üründen ayrilmak istendigi durumlarda ise tasima kazanlari üzerinde mekanik ayirma islemi yapan süzek bölümler kullanilarak kati ve sivi kisimlar birbirlerinden ayrilmak istenmektedir. Bu süreç hem tasima zorlugu hem de süzme isleminin istenilen seviyelerde yapilamamasi nedeni ile üretimde verimin düsmesine, is gücü ve zaman kaybina sebep olmaktadir. Mevcut teknikte kullanilan kaba süzme islemleri sirasinda haslanmis ürün içerisinden ayrilan ve geri kullanilabilecek olan sivi kisimlarin yeniden prosese aktarimi güçlesmektedir. Bu durum da malzeme sarfiyatini ve firesini artirmaktadir. BULUSUN KISA AÇIKLAMASI Gida endüstrisinde kullanilan haslama kazanlarindan çikan haslanmis ürün içerisinde yer alan sivi kisimlarin, istenmesi halinde tekrar kullanilabilir sekilde haslamis ürün içerisinden ayrilmasini saglamak üzere bulus konusu haslama kazani alti süzme tezgahi gelistirilmistir. Gelistirilen haslama kazani alti süzme tezgahinda, haslama kazanindan çikan ürünün aktarildigi üst süzek (1) üzerinde konumlandirilan hareketli tasima mekanizmasi (2) sayesinde haslanmis ürünün üst süzek (1) boyunca tasinmasi ve içerisinde yer alan sivinin üründen uzaklastirilmasi saglanmaktadir. Gelistirilen haslama kazani alti süzme tezgahinda, haslanmis ürün içerisinden ayrilan sivinin içerisinde biriktirildigi sivi haznesinde (8) yer alan isitici (9) sayesinde ayrilan sivinin sürekli istenilen sicaklikta tutulmasi saglanmaktadir. Bu durum özellikle hayvansal yag içeren gida ürünlerine ait süzme islemlerinde donma ihtimalini ortadan kaldirarak sivi formu sabit tutulmasini saglamaktadir. Gelistirilen haslama kazani alti süzme tezgahinda, sivi haznesi (8) içerisinde biriktirilen sivinin hazneden (8) disari kontrollü biçimde çikmasini saglayan tahliye pompasi (11) kullanilmaktadir. Böylece haslanmis ürün içerisinden çikan sivi kismin yeniden kullanimi veya atik olarak ayrilmasi kolay ve kontrol edilebilir biçimde saglanmaktadir. Gelistirilen haslama kazani alti süzme tezgahinda yer alan hareketli aksamin, isitici düzenekleri ve tahliye grubunun kontrolü tezgah üzerinde entegre edilebilen PLC kontrol ekrani ile kontrol edilebilir olmaktadir. In cases where the liquid part of the product coming out of the boiling boiler is desired to be separated from the product, the solid and liquid parts are wanted to be separated from each other by using mechanical separation sections on the transport boilers. This process causes a decrease in production efficiency and loss of labor and time due to both transportation difficulties and the filtration process not being carried out at the desired levels. During the coarse filtration processes used in the current technique, it becomes difficult to transfer the liquid parts that are separated from the boiled product and can be reused back into the process. This situation increases material consumption and wastage.
