Buluş, numunelerin lam üzerine yayılırken veya damlatılırken hücre ve/veya dokuların üst üste binmesi sonucu oluşan preparat kalınlığına göre preparat ile objektif (4) arasındaki mesafenin otomatik olarak ayarlanmasını ve tarama işlemi esnasında odak derinliğinin artırılması ile numunenin görüntü kalitesinin artırılmasını sağlayan patoloji numunelerini dijitalleştirme sistemi ile ilgilidir.
