Abstract

Buluş, gazların sıvı içerisindeki kütle transferi verimini maksimum seviyeye çıkartmak ile ilgili olan mikro nano kabarcık üreticiye dairdir. The invention relates to the micro nano bubble generator, which is concerned with maximizing the mass transfer efficiency of gases in liquid.

Description

TR TR DESCRIPTION MICRO-NANO BUBBLE GENERATOR The invention relates to the micro nano bubble generator, which is related to increasing the mass transfer efficiency of gases in liquid to an inaxinum level. In the known state of the technique; When any gas such as air, carbon dioxide, oxygen, or ozone that is intended to be absorbed into the liquid is divided into small bubbles, it takes a long time for it to escape to the surface of the liquid. The escape of the gas, which can be divided into micro-nano sized particles, to the liquid surface is completely stopped and thus more effective disinfection, oxidation, ventilation and applications are possible. There are different methods used for this. The most common method is to transfer the gas to the liquid by passing it through a perforated material, thus producing smaller bubbles, allowing the unit gas to rise to the liquid surface more slowly, and using a diffuser to feed more gas into the liquid by increasing the contact surface and contact time. Another method is the use of venturi. In this method, a pipe with a narrow middle part is used. The liquid entering from one end of the pipe encounters resistance due to the narrowing in the middle, but after passing through the narrow part, the resistance disappears completely and the flow continues without resistance. Due to this pressure difference at the entrance and exit of the pipe, a completely mechanical suction occurs through a hole opened at the narrowing point of the pipe. The resulting gas, which will be directed to the suction, collides with the liquid and breaks apart, breaking into small bubbles and mixing with the liquid. In both methods, the aim is to divide the gas desired to be mixed into the liquid into small pieces so that it can remain in the liquid for a longer time. In this way, a higher level of oxygenation can be achieved in a shorter time in a liquid that needs to be enriched with oxygen. The benefit provided by the invention; The micro-nano bubble generator traps the gas in the liquid by separating it into much smaller bubbles of micro-nano size. In this way, a very long contact time is achieved and the efficiency is maximized. While with other existing methods, low-efficiency improvements can be made at much higher costs, in long periods of time, with the new method, much larger volumes can be ventilated or oxygenated or purified and/or disinfected by ozonation with much smaller devices. For example, lakes, rivers, wastewater. Figures were used to explain the invention and the details are explained below. Figure: General view of the invention with explanation. The parts in the figures used to explain the invention are numbered and they are explained below. (1) Pressurized liquid inlet (2) Right plate (3) Left plate (4) Center with small hole (5) Outer large cylinder. (6) Middle Cylinder (7) inner small cylinder (8) Large hole center (9) Large hole outlet (10) Vacuum hole The invention, which is immersed in the liquid to be oxidized, is connected to concentric centers consisting of two holes, one small and the other larger, on the same line. with the left (3) plate and right (2) plates, from the inner small cylinder (7) located between them, to the middle cylinder (6) and finally to the outer large outer cylinder (5), the liquid into which it is immersed is transferred from the side by means of a pump. As it is pressed vertically from the pressurized liquid inlet (l), it rotates on the interlocking small cylinder (7), the middle cylinder (6) and the outer large cylinder (5), creating a very thin and strong vortex in the direction of the two centers. At the same time, by choosing the one with a large exit hole (9) among the co-centers on the line, it creates a strong vacuum in the small-hole center (4) as it goes out, and the gas to be given to this vacuum is separated into micro-nano-sized particles in the thin and strong vortex formed between these two centers and leaves the big hole. (9) It is designed to move outwards together with the liquid into which it is immersed again. In this way, the product that constitutes the invention provides 100% mass transfer between the liquid in which it is immersed and the gas given through the vacuum hole (10). TR TR
