Buluş, tıp sektöründe ortopedik cerrahi alanında kullanılmak üzere, diz ekleminde oluşan Varus ve Valgus deformitelerinin tedavisinde Yüksek Tibial Osteotomi (HTO-High Tibal Osteotomy) ameliyatlarının plaklama yönteminde, kemiğe yapılacak düzelme kesisisi (Osteotomi) için kemikteki eğriliği tespit etmeye yarayan radyolojik ekran görüntülerini işleyen, yazılım esaslı bir kesme ölçme navigasyon sistemi, bu navigasyonun ölçtüğü değerlerin modellenip, üç boyutlu yazıcıya aktarılması ile elde edilen kişiye özel açılandırılabilir kesi ve vidalama kılavuzu (7) ile ilgilidir.
