Abstract

Buluş, vücut içerisinde dışarıdan görülemeyen dokulara X-ışını uygulayarak görüntüleme yapan bilgisayarlı tomografi (BT), skopi ve benzeri cihazlar eşliğinde yapılacak biyopsi, tedavi ve benzeri her türlü girişimsel işlemlerde kullanmak üzere geliştirilmiş bir yol gösterici örtü ve bunun uygulama yöntemi ile ilgilidir. Bunun yerine getirilmesi adına buluş konusu yol gösterici aparat; steril örtü (1) ve bu steril örtüye (1) entegre edilen, X- ışınıyla görüntüleme yapan cihazlar tarafından görülebilen malzemeden yapılmış rehber aparatı (3), buluş konusu uygulama yöntemi ise; rehber aparatın (3) steril örtüyle (1) direkt olarak veya bağlantı aparatı (2) yardımıyla birleştirilmesi ve yol gösterici örtünün elde edilmesi, elde edilen yol gösterici örtünün X- ışınıyla görüntüleme yapan cihazlar eşliğinde girişimsel işlemlerde kullanılması basamaklarını ihtiva etmektedir.The invention relates to a guiding cover and its application method developed to be used in biopsy, treatment and all kinds of interventional procedures to be performed in the presence of computerized tomography (CT), scopy and similar devices that perform imaging by applying X-ray to tissues that cannot be seen from the outside. Description

TARIFNAME BIR YOL G'OSTERICI ORTU VE BUNUN UYGULAMASI Teknik Alan Bulus, vücut içerisinde disaridan görülemeyen dokulara X-isini uygulayarak görüntüleme yapan cihazlar esliginde yapilacak her türlü girisimsel islemlerde kullanmak üzere gelistirilmis bir yol gösterici örtü ve bunun uygulama yöntemi ile ilgilidir. Bulus özellikle, vücut içerisinde disaridan görülemeyen dokulara X-isini uygulayarak görüntüleme yapan bilgisayarli tomografi (BT), skopi ve benzeri cihazlar esliginde yapilacak biyopsi, tedavi ve benzeri her türlü girisimsel islemlerde kullanmak üzere gelistirilmis bir yol gösterici örtü ve bunun uygulama yöntemi ile ilgilidir. Teknigin Bilinen Durumu Günümüzde, X-isini uygulayarak görüntüleme yapan cihazlar esliginde yapilan biyopsi, tedavi ve benzeri girisimsel islemler için izgara benzeri, bahsedilen cihazlar tarafindan görülebilir aparatlar mevcuttur- Mevcut teknikteki aparatlar sadece islem öncesi yer isaretleme amaçli kullanilmaktadir. Mevcut teknikteki uygulamalarda, isaretleme sonrasi delikli steril örtüyle isleme devam edilmektedir. Mevcut teknikte bulunan diger steril örtü ve isaretleyicisi bulunan aparatlar ise X-isiniyla görüntüleme yapan cihazlar tarafindan algilanmamaktadir. Bu nedenle bu aparatlarla X-isiniyla görüntüleme yapan cihazlar esliginde girisimsel islemler yapilamamaktadir. Literatürde, konuyla ilgili EP323138981 numarali "Seçici olarak çikarilabilir bariyerli cerrahi örtü" baslikli basvuruya rastlanmistir. Burada, ince ve plastik bir materyal veya yari saydam yapida, farkli prosedür türlerinde kullanilmak üzere yapilandirilabilmesi adina çesitli delikler içeren cerrahi örtü, cerrahi örtünün yüzeyinde hasta cildine yapismayi saglayan bir yapistirici kismi ve yatay ve dikey olarak çesitli boyutlarda kare veya dikdörtgen grid konfigürasyonu içeren, cerrahi alan tanimlama esnekligi saglayan bir cerrahi örtüden bahsedilmektedir. Ancak burada spesifik olarak BT veya benzer görüntüleme biyopsisinde kullanimdan veya yol gösterici kismin BTJde görünürlügü saglayacak iopromid, siyah boya veya tibbi silikonun seffaf yüzey üzerine çizgi seklinde uygulanmasindan söz edilmemektedir. Bu kapsamda, basvuruya konu bulusun, bu belge karsisinda yenilik içerdigi düsünülmektedir. Literatürde, konuyla ilgili US10143531BZ numarali "Gözenekli cilt isaretleme izgarasi ve bunun kullanim yöntemi" baslikli basvuruya rastlanmistir. Burada, isaretleme ortamiyla isaretlenebilir bir görüntü kilavuzlu biyopsi izgarasindan bahsedilmektedir. Ancak burada, spesifik olarak steril cerrahi örtü kullanimindan ve yol gösterici kisimda BT'de görünürlügü saglayacak iopromid, siyah boya ve tibbi silikonun seffaf yüzey üzerine çizgi seklinde uygulanmasindan söz edilmemektedir. Bulusun yapisal ve karakteristik özellikleri ve tüm avantajlari asagida verilen sekiller ve bu sekillere atiflar yapilmak suretiyle yazilan detayli açiklama sayesinde daha net olarak anlasilacaktir ve bu nedenle degerlendirmenin de bu sekiller ve detayli açiklama göz önüne alinarak yapilmasi gerekmektedir. The invention is particularly related to a guiding cover and its application method, developed for use in biopsies, treatments and all kinds of interventional procedures to be performed with computerized tomography (CT), scopy and similar devices that perform imaging by applying X-ray to tissues that cannot be seen from the outside within the body. Known Status of the Technique Today, there are grid-like apparatus visible to the mentioned devices for biopsies, treatment and similar interventional procedures performed with devices that perform imaging by applying X-ray. The apparatus in the current technique is used only for marking purposes before the procedure. In current technical applications, after marking, the process is continued with a perforated sterile drape. Other devices with sterile covers and markers in the current technique are not detected by X-ray imaging devices. For this reason, invasive procedures cannot be performed with these devices using X-ray imaging devices. In the literature, an application titled "Selectively removable barrier surgical drape" numbered EP323138981 was found on the subject. Here, a surgical drape made of a thin and plastic material or translucent structure, containing various holes so that it can be configured for use in different types of procedures, an adhesive part on the surface of the surgical drape that allows adhesion to the patient's skin, and a square or rectangular grid configuration of various sizes horizontally and vertically, is used. A surgical drape that provides flexibility in area definition is mentioned. However, it is not specifically mentioned here for use in CT or similar imaging biopsies or for applying iopromide, black paint or medical silicone as a line on the transparent surface to ensure visibility of the guiding part in BTJ. In this context, the invention subject to the application is considered to be innovative compared to this document. In the literature, an application titled "Porous skin marking grid and its method of use", numbered US10143531BZ, was found on the subject. An image-guided biopsy grid that can be marked with marking media is discussed here. The marking medium in question is a grid that allows the needle entry point to be detected on the patient's skin. This adhesive contains numerous pores, or empty spaces, that allow it to flow through the grid and onto the skin. Here, the marking region containing radiopaque lines is mentioned to determine a needle entry target or to image or scan in the plane. However, here, there is no specific mention of the use of sterile surgical drape and the application of iopromide, black dye and medical silicone as lines on the transparent surface, which will ensure visibility on CT, in the guiding part. In this context, the invention subject to the application is considered to be innovative compared to this document. As a result, due to the negativities described above and the inadequacy of existing solutions on the subject, it has become necessary to make a development in the relevant technical field. Brief Description of the Invention The present invention is a guiding cover that meets the above-mentioned requirements, eliminates all disadvantages and brings some additional advantages, and its application method. An object of the invention is a grid-like cover for biopsies, treatments and similar invasive procedures performed with X-ray imaging devices. The aim is to develop a guiding cover and its application method that allows the devices to be used in marking as well as being usable during the entire process, thus shortening the time of the relevant interventional procedures. A similar aim of the invention is to develop a guiding cover and its application method that allows markers that are not visible in sterile cover and X-ray imaging devices to be used in interventional procedures. In order to fulfill the purposes described above, the guiding apparatus subject to the invention; The sterile cover and the guide apparatus made of material that can be seen by X-ray imaging devices integrated into this sterile cover, the application method of the invention; It includes the steps of combining the guide apparatus with the sterile drape directly or with the help of the connecting apparatus and obtaining the guiding drape, and using the obtained guiding drape in interventional procedures with X-ray imaging devices.
