Tekrar tekrar kullanilan ürünle oldugu gibi tek kullanimlik olarak kullanilan ekipmanlar da bulunmaktadir. It is desired that each of these textile products be manufactured with care, to prevent possible contamination and reduce the risk. Just as there are products that are used repeatedly, there are also equipment that are used for single use. Although the duration of use varies, their common point is to keep the employee away from external influences as much as possible. One of the frequently used medical textile products is overshoes. It is worn on the foot to protect the foot of the healthcare professional who intervenes in the patient. Depending on the textile material from which it is produced, there are disposable or washable types that can be used repeatedly. While some overshoes only cover the foot part up to the ankle, boot-type overshoes also protect the entire foot and upper part. The biggest problem and risk experienced in both overshoe types is the risk of liquid passing through the seams of the overshoes, which may harm the user, or the risk of infection.
