TARIFNAME PIRINÇ ALÜMINYUM HARMONIZE YAKICI GRUBU TEKNIK ALAN Bulus, alüminyum malzemeden imal edilen gaz dagiticinin çevresine manuel olarak siki geçme ile takilan pirinç halka içeren gazli pisirici cihazlar için gelistirilen yakici grup ile ilgilidir. Yakici grup içerdigi havuzun tabanindan pisirici cihaza montajlanabilmektedir. Bulus konusu yakici grup görsel açidan kullanicinin tercih edecegi görüneme sahip oldugu için mevcut yakici gruplarda aleve yakin bölümlerde yasanan kararma problemine çözüm getirmektedir. TEKNIGIN BILINEN DURUMU Teknigin bilinen durumunda yakici gruplar, kalpak, kalpagin oturdugu gaz dagitici ve gaz dagiticin oturdugu havuzdan olustugu bilinmektedir. Gaz dagiticinin da en yaygin olarak alüminyum veya pirinçten imal edildigi bilinmektedir. Gaz dagitici bir veya daha fazla sayida açikliktan olusmaktadir. Alev bu açikliklardan itibaren gaz dagiticinin çevresini sarmaktadir. Son yillarda üretici tarafindan üretim yönteminin kolay olmasi ve kullanicinin estetik açidan yakici gruplarda pirinç tercih ettigi görülmüstür. Fakat pirinç malzeme mukavemet açisindan alüminyuma göre daha dayanikli olsa da, korozyon direncinin düsük olmasindan dolayi zamanla pirinç gaz dagiticin aleve maruz kalan çevresinde gözle görülür kararmalar meydana gelmektedir. Bu kararmalar kullanici tarafindan estetik olarak pirinç tercih edildiginde, teknik problem yaratmaktadir. Bu nedenle pirinç yakici gruplarda aleve maruz kalan kisim olan gaz dagiticilarda yasanan teknik problemi çözmek için gaz dagitici alüminyumdan imal edilerek, kullanicinin gördügü kisim olan gaz dagiticinin çevresine pirinç halka takilmasi ile çözüm getirilmistir. Bulus konusu yakici grup ile aleve maruz kalan kisim alüminyum, görselde kullanicin gördügü kisim pirinç olmasi saglanarak teknik probleme çözüm getirilmistir. Böylece kullanici pirinç yakici grup tercih ettiginde, kararmalari görmeyecektir. Mevcut teknikte kullanilan yapilanmalardan biri firmamiza ait TR 2014/15366 basvurusuna aittir. Basvurusu dis halkasi pirinç malzemeden iç halkasi alüminyum malzemeden üretilen çoklu gaz yakici ile ilgilidir. Basvuruda pirinç malzeme yakici grubun daha mukavemetli olmasi amaciyla kullanilmistir. BULUSUN AMACI Bulusun amaci, isi dayanimi yüksek yakici grubu gelistirmektir. Bulusun diger amaci, korozyon dayanimi yüksek yakici grubu gelistirmektir. Bulusun diger amaci, yakici grubunun zamanla kararmamasini saglayarak kullanicin estetik görünümüne hitap edecek yakici grubu gelistirmektir. Pirinç gaz dagitici BULUSUN DETAYLI AÇIKLAMASI Bulus, alüminyum gaz dagitici (1.1), kalpak (1.3), havuz (1.4) ve halkanin (1.2) montajlanmasindan olusan pisirici cihazlarda ocak gözlerinde alev olusturan yakici grup (1) ile ilgilidir. Günümüzde pisirici cihazlarda kullanilan yakici gruplarinin gaz dagiticilari alüminyum veya Sekil 4'te gösterildigi gibi pirinç malzemeden üretilmektedir. Fakat mevcutta kullanilan yakici gruplarinda (2) pirinç malzemeden üretilen gaz yakicinin (2.1) alüminyum malzemeye göre renk degisimine ugramaktadir. Bu nedenle pirinç gaz dagiticida (2.1) aleve yakin olan kisim fazla isiya maruz kaldigi için pirin gaz yakicida (2.1) kararmalar meydana gelmektedir. Bu kararmalari pirinç yakici grubu tercih eden kullanicinin da görmesi ile beraber teknik bir problem yaratmaktadir. Mevcutta yasanan bu teknik problemi çözmek amaciyla gelistirilen, alüminyum malzemeden imal edilen alüminyum gaz dagiticinin (1.1) çevresine halka (1.2) montajlanarak sekil 5'de perspektif görünümü verilen yakici grup (1) gelistirilmistir. Sekil 3'de bir veya daha fazla açikliga sahip alüminyum gaz dagitici (1.1) ve halkanin (1.2) patlatilmis görünümü verilen yakici gruba (1), havuz (1.4) ve kalpak (1.3) montajlanmaktadir. Havuz (1.3) kismina takilan enjektör sayesinde hava ve gazin birbirine karisimi saglanmakta olup, ayni zamanda havuzun (1.5) tabanindan pisirici cihaza yakici grubun (1) montaji saglanmaktadir. Alüminyum gaz dagiticinin (1.1) çevresine manuel olarak siki geçme ile kolaylikla takilip çikarilabilen özellikte olan pirinç malzemeden imal edilen halka (1.2) sayesinde, kullanici tarafindan istenmeyen teknik problem olarak görülen kararmalara çözüm getirilerek estetik görünüme sahip pirinç halkali yakici grup (1) gelistirilmistir. Alüminyum gaz dagiticida (1.1) bulunan en az 6 mm yükseklige sahip montaj bosluguna (1.1.1) kolaylikla oturabilen yapida tasarlanan halka (1.2), 40° açi yapacak sekilde konik bir görünüme sahiptir. TR TR TR DESCRIPTION BRASS ALUMINUM HARMONIZED BURNER GROUP TECHNICAL FIELD The invention relates to the burner group developed for gas cooker devices containing a brass ring that is manually fitted with a tight fit around the gas distributor made of aluminum material. The burner group can be mounted to the cooking device from the bottom of the pool it contains. Since the burner group that is the subject of the invention has the visually preferred appearance of the user, it provides a solution to the darkening problem experienced in the sections close to the flame in existing burner groups. KNOWN STATE OF THE TECHNIQUE In the known state of the technique, it is known that the caustic groups consist of the cap, the gas distributor on which the cap sits, and the pool in which the gas distributor sits. It is known that the gas distributor is most commonly made of aluminum or brass. The gas distributor consists of one or more openings. The flame surrounds the gas distributor from these openings. In recent years, it has been observed that the manufacturer prefers brass in groups because the production method is easy and the user is aesthetically pleasing. However, although the brass material is more durable than aluminum in terms of strength, due to its low corrosion resistance, visible darkening occurs over time around the brass gas distributor exposed to the flame. These darkenings create technical problems when brass is preferred aesthetically by the user. Therefore, in order to solve the technical problem experienced in the gas distributors, which are the part exposed to the flame in the brass burner groups, the gas distributor was manufactured from aluminum and a brass ring was installed around the gas distributor, which is the part visible to the user. With the burner group that is the subject of the invention, a solution to the technical problem has been provided by ensuring that the part exposed to the flame is aluminum and the part seen by the user in the visual is brass. Thus, when the user chooses a brass burning group, he will not see any darkening. One of the structures used in the current technique belongs to our company's TR 2014/15366 application. The application is about a multi-gas burner whose outer ring is made of brass material and its inner ring is made of aluminum material. In the application, brass material was used to make the burner group more durable. PURPOSE OF THE INVENTION The purpose of the invention is to develop a burner group with high heat resistance. Another purpose of the invention is to develop a burner group with high corrosion resistance. Another purpose of the invention is to develop a burner group that will appeal to the aesthetic appearance of the user by ensuring that the burner group does not darken over time. Brass gas distributor DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The invention is related to the burner group (1) that creates flame in the burners of cooking devices, which consists of the assembly of the aluminum gas distributor (1.1), cap (1.3), pool (1.4) and ring (1.2). Today, gas distributors of burner groups used in cooking devices are produced from aluminum or brass material as shown in Figure 4. However, in the currently used burner groups (2), the gas burner (2.1) produced from brass material changes color compared to the aluminum material. For this reason, since the part close to the flame in the brass gas distributor (2.1) is exposed to too much heat, darkening occurs in the brass gas burner (2.1). These darkenings are seen by the user who prefers the brass burner group, and this creates a technical problem. In order to solve this existing technical problem, the burner group (1), whose perspective view is shown in Figure 5, was developed by mounting the ring (1.2) around the aluminum gas distributor (1.1) made of aluminum material. In Figure 3, the aluminum gas distributor (1.1) with one or more openings and the burner group (1), whose ring (1.2) has an exploded view, are mounted on the burner group (1), the basin (1.4) and the cap (1.3). Thanks to the injector attached to the pool (1.3), air and gas are mixed together, and at the same time, the burning group (1) is mounted to the cooking device from the bottom of the pool (1.5). Thanks to the ring (1.2) made of brass material, which can be easily attached and removed by manual tight fit around the aluminum gas distributor (1.1), the burner group (1) with brass ring with an aesthetic appearance has been developed by providing a solution to the tarnishing seen as an undesirable technical problem by the user.
