TARIFNAME HIJYENIK ELDIVEN YAPILANMASI Teknik Alan Bulus, günlük yasamda ele takilarak kullanilan ve dis ortamlarda bulasici hastaliklara sebep olan virüs ve bakterilerin temas yoluyla bulasmasini engelleyen hijyenik eldiven yapilanmasi ile ilgilidir. Bulus özellikle, elin iç yüzeyine takilan ve elin sadece temasta bulunulan alt yüzeyini kaplayan yapisi sayesinde parmaklarin dokunma sonrasinda hijyenik sekilde kalmasini ve kullaniciya parmaklarini serbest sekilde kullanma imkani ile hareket özgürlügü saglayan hijyenik eldiven yapilanmasi ile ilgilidir. Teknigin Bilinen Durumu Hastaliklarin üremesi ve yayilmasina neden olan zararli mikroorganizmalar, insan vücudu da dahil olmak üzere toprak, hava veya suda kendilerine yasam alani bulabilmektedir. Günümüzde saglik açisindan oldukça tehlikeli sonuçlar dogurabilme riski de tasiyan ve salgin hastaliklara neden olan zararli mikroorganizmalardan arinabilmek ancak hijyen ile mümkün olmaktadir. Günümüz kosullarinda salgin hastaliklarin giderek artmasi nedeniyle teknigin bilinen durumunda hijyen ve temizlik kurallarina riayet etmek eskisinden çok daha önemli hale gelmistir. Bakteri ve virüs gibi zararli mikroorganizmalarin yüzeyler üzerinde uzun süre yasadigi bilinmektedir. Özellikle günlük yasamda insanlarin toplu tasimada, bankamatiklerde veya toplu alanlarda siklikla kullandigi yüzeylerden ve alisveris esnasinda dokundugu nesnelerden hastaliklarin yayilma riski söz konusu olmaktadir. Buna bagli olarak yüzeylere ya da nesnelere dogrudan temasin engellenebilmesi için tek kullanimlik eldivenler kullanilmakta ya da yüzeylerin temas edilmeden önce dezenfekte edilmesi gerekmektedir. Ancak özellikle alisveris esnasinda temas edilen her nesnenin dezenfekte edilmesi mümkün olmamaktadir. Bu nedenle yüzeylere ya da nesnelere temas edildikten sonra eller dezenfektan, kolonya ve alkol gibi kimyasal ürünlerle dezenfekte edilmektedir. Ancak ellerin siklikla dezenfekte edilmesi nedeniyle ellerde kuruma, çatlama ve egzama gibi rahatsizliklarla karsilasilmasi söz konusu olmaktadir. Tek kullanimlik eldivenlerin kullaniminda ise eldiven ile nesnelere ya da yüzeylere temas saglandiktan sonra eldivenin kisisel esyalara ya da dalginlikla yüze veya gözlere degdirilmesi sonucunda eldivendeki bakteri ve virüslerin bulasmasi söz konusu olmaktadir. Dolayisiyla eldivenlerin kullaniminda dikkatli ve özenli olunmasi sarttir. Bu da kullanicilar açisindan risk teskil etmektedir. Ellerde hijyenin saglanmasi amaciyla yukarida bahsi geçen uygulamalar günlük yasam içinde pratik olarak gerçeklestirilebilen çözümler olmamaktadir. Bu nedenle teknigin bilinen durumunda pratik sekilde kullanilan, ellerin temas sonrasinda hijyenik sekilde kalmasini saglayarak virüs ve bakterilerin temas yoluyla bulasmasini engelleyen bir eldiven yapilanmasina ihtiyaç dogmustur.
