Abstract

Buluş, hastane ve benzeri sağlık kuruluşlarının kullanımına sunulmak üzere, hastaların aldığı hizmet ve tedaviler ile ilgili görüşlerine istinaden, puanlama yapan, analiz eden, sonuç elde ederek raporlama gerçekleştiren, sorunları tespit ederek gidermeyi sağlayan bir hasta deneyim ölçüm sistemi (1) ile sağlanan hasta deneyimi ölçüm yöntemi olup, özelliği; sağlık kuruluşundan (1) alınan hasta (10) iletişim bilgileri ile hastalara (10) ulaşılması, hastaların (10) sağlık kuruluşundan (40) aldıkları hizmete ilişkin anketin (20) uygulanması, hasta (10) yanıtlarının, sunucu (30) içerisindeki yapay zeka temelli matrise (31) girilmesi, sunucu (30) içerisindeki yapay zeka temelli matrisin (31), hasta (10) yanıtlarını analiz etmesi, analizler ile değişim katsayısı, yanıt oluşum modeli ve eğilim önceki sonuçların eğilimi sonuçlarının elde edilmesi, elde edilen değişim katsayısı, yanıt oluşum modeli ve eğilim önceki sonuçların eğilimi sonuçlarının, sunucu (30) içerisinde bir kez daha analiz edilerek, sorunları açıklaması ve sorunlara çözüm sunması, yapay zeka temelli matrisin (31) gerçekleştirdiği analizler ve sonuçların, sunucu (30) tarafından sağlık kuruluşlarına (40) rutin aralıklar (1 hafta, 1 ay ve benzeri) ile gönderilmesi ile karakterize edilmesidir.
