Buluş, bir gazın basıncını düzenlemeye uygun bir basınç düzenleyici sistem (1; 20; 30; 40; 50) olup, özelliği; bir besleme basıncındaki gaz için bir giriş (2a) ve besleme basıncından daha düşük bir düzenlenmiş basınçtaki gaz için bir çıkış (2b) ile donatılan birinci bir gaz akışının basıncını düzenlemeye uygun bir düzenleyici cihaz (2); bir girişten (3a) bir gaz akışını almaya, gaz akışını sıcak bir kısma ve soğuk bir kısma bölmeye ve sıcak ile soğuk kısımları karşılık gelen çıkışlardan (3b, 3c) geçirmeye uygun bir vorteks tüpü (3); birinci gaz akışı düzenleyici cihaza (2) girmeden önce ısıtmak için vorteks tüpü (3) ile birleştirilmiş bir ısı eşanjörü (4); ısı eşanjörün (4) aşağı akış yönünde bulunan bir toplama noktasında (5a) birinci gaz akışının birinci bir kısmını toplamaya ve bunu vorteks tüpünün (3) girişine (3a) aktarmaya uygun bir kurtarma kanalı (5) içermesidir.
