Abstract
Mevcut buluş, maskenin kenarları altında camın aşındırılmasını sınırlandırmayı ve oldukça küçük olabilen ve konturlarının oldukça yüksek bir keskinlik düzeyi gösterebildiği desenler ile selektif şekilde aşındırılmış bir cam levhayı elde etmeyi mümkün kılan, bir maske kullanan, bir cam levhaya yönelik selektif şekilde bir kimyasal aşındırma yöntemi ile ilgilidir.
