Abstract

Mevcut buluş, yüksek katı içeriğine sahip, kaba kalsine kaolin bulamaçları ile ilgilidir. Buluş ayrıca bu tür bulamaçların yapılmasına yönelik yöntemler ile ilgilidir. Ortaya çıkan bulamaçların katı içeriği en az ağırlık olarak yaklaşık %58 olabilir, burada kalsine kaolin partiküllerinin ağırlık olarak en az yaklaşık %40'ı, en az yaklaşık 1 µm'lik bir partikül ebadına sahiptir. Bulamaçlar, stabilize edilebilir, burada katılar, süspansiyondan az miktarda çökelme gösterir. Bulamaçlar, kağıt veya karton için boya ve kaplama kompozisyonlarında dolgu maddeleri veya çoğaltıcılar olarak kullanılma dahil, birçok kullanıma sahiptir. Daha genel olarak buluşa ait ürünler, kalsine kaolinlerin kullanıldığı her yerde kullanılabilir.
