Abstract
Bir lazer elemanının bant dışı yansımasının modifiye edilmesine yönelik bir yöntem ve aparat açıklanmaktadır. Lazer elemanı, uyarılmış ışık emisyonunun üretilmesi amacıyla optik pompalama aracı tarafından uyarılan bir aktif ortamı içermektedir. Lazer elemanı ayrıca, aktif ortama yönelik optik geri bildirimi temin etmeye yönelik olan ve fazda bir değişikliği sağlayan bir faz geçiş bölgesine yer veren bir Bragg ızgara yapısını içermektedir. Faz geçiş bölgesine ait faz değişikliği, söz konusu lazer elemanının bant dışı yansımasının modifiye edilmesi amacıyla ayarlanmaktadır.
