Söz konusu yöntem tercihen en azından 10 önceden tanımlanan bir zaman periyotunda, tanımlanan sayıda multimedya cihazı üzerinde spesifik bir kişi tarafından önceden tanımlanan bir toplam süre boyunca erişilebilen programları ve/veya uygulamaları ve/veya kanalları tanımlama, multimedya cihazı aracılığıyla spesifik kişiyi tanımlama, spesifik kişinin tanımlanan programlara ve/veya uygulamalara ve/veya kanallara eriştiği süreyi belirleme, tespit edilen süreyi ve 15 tanımlanan programları ve/veya uygulamaları ve/veya kanalları tanımlanan sayıda multimedya cihazıyla paylaşma, tespit edilen süre önceden tanımlanan toplam süreyle eşleşiyorsa tanımlanan programa ve/veya uygulamaya erişimi kısıtlama adımlarını içermektedir.
