Abstract
Bu buluş, kırığın lokalizasyonuna göre uygun bir müdahaleye olanak sağlayacak şekilde ve fibulaya intrameduller olarak yerleştirilebilen tek bir parçadan oluşan fibula distal intameduller çivi (1) ve kapalı cerrahi yöntemi ile tek seferde delinerek, uygun vida ile tespit sağlamak amacı fibula distal intameduller çiviye (1) adapte edilebilen, fibula distal intameduller çivinin (1) anteroposterior planda var olan deliklerinin tespit edilmesini ve fibula distal intameduller çivinin (1) kilitlenmesini sağlayan ap kılavuzu (2) ile fibula distal intameduller çivinin (1) transvers planda var olan deliklerinin tespit edilmesi ve fibula distal intameduller çivinin (1) kilitlemesini sağlayan lateral kılavuzdan (3) oluşan fibula distal intameduller çivi (1) ile ilgilidir.
