Bu buluş, bir gövde (2), gövde (2) içerisine yerleştirilen bir motor (3), temizlenmek istenen yüzeyle temas halinde olan bir temizleme başlığı (4), bir ucundan gövdeye (2) diğer ucundan temizleme başlığına (4) bağlı olan, motor (3) tarafından oluşturulan emme kuvvetini temizleme başlığına (4) ileterek temizlenmek istenen yüzey üzerindeki toz parçacıklarının gövde (2) içine çekilmesini sağlayan bir iletim hattı (5), gövde (2) içinde yer alan ve içine sıvı koyulan bir hazne (6), iletim hattı (5) aracılığıyla gövdeye (2) alınan kirli havanın hazneye (6) alınmasını sağlayan bir giriş ağzı (7) ve haznenin (6) içerisine yerleştirilen, hazne (6) boyunca hazne (6) ile arasında boşluk kalacak şekilde uzanan, frustokonik yapıda bir siklon ünitesi (8) içeren ve siklon ünitesi (8) içerisine giren sıvının siklon ünitesi (8) içinde birikmesi önlenen bir elektrikli süpürge (1) ile ilgilidir.
