Buluş, deniz dalgalarından elektrik enerjisi elde etmeyi sağlayan ve en az bir jeneratör içeren üreteçler (10) ile ilgili olup, deniz dalgalarını karşılayan çoklu sayıda kanatlar (14) ve bu kanatların (14) mafsallar (17) vasıtasıyla eksenel hareket edecek şekilde sabitlendirildiği en az bir bant (11), bahsedilen bantın (11) gezer hareketi neticesinde dönme hareketi yaptırılan silindirler (12) ve deniz dalga gücünden daha fazla güç elde etmeyi sağlayan su dolum boşluklarına (19) haiz çoklu sayıda paraşüt kanatlar (18) ile ilgilidir.
