Abstract
Bu yeni cihaz farklı tiplerde (kısa, diz altı, diz üstü ve külotlu) ve çeşitli çorap gruplarında (kompresyon çoraplan başta olmak üzere; günlük, destek ve iş çoraplarmda), bacağın 7 farklı noktasında basınç ölçümü yapmakta ve giyim öncesinde basınç profilini tespit etmektedir. Bu cihaz ile günlük çorapların lastik basınç değerleri de tespit edilebilmektedir. Ayrıca mekanik kalıp şeklinin ayarlanması ile cihazda, her tip kompresyon ürünü için (bandaj, korse, dizlik, bileklik vb.) basınç ölçümü mümkün olmaktadır. Ayarlanabilen destek kollanyla (1) farklı çaplarda ve boylarda bacak kalıbı oluşturulabilmekte; çorap tarafından bacağın çeşitli noktalarında uygulanacak kuvveti saptamak üzere yük hücreleri (2) farklı noktalara taşmabilmektedir. Ayarlanabilen destek kolları (1) ve hareketli yük hücreleri (2) sayesinde farklı bedenler için kişiye özel basınç profili tespit edilmektedir. 7 farklı noktadan gelen ölçüm sonuçlan transmitterlerde okunabilir elektronik sinyallere dönüştürüldükten sonra, veri iletim kablolan (3) aracılığıyla aynı anda çok kanallı bir veri toplama sistemine (4) aktarılmaktadır-. Veri toplama sistemi ile ölçümlerden elde edilen veriler yine aynı anda bilgisayara (5) aktarılarak görüntülenmekte ve depolanabilmektedir.This new device measures pressure at 7 different points of the leg and determines the pressure profile before wearing in different types (short, knee, over the knee and pantyhose) and various socks groups (especially compression socks; daily, support and work socks). After the measurement results from 7 different points are converted into readable electronic signals in the transmitters, the data is transmitted to a multichannel data acquisition system (4) by means of the transmission cables (3). With the data collection system, the data obtained from the measurements can be transferred to the computer (5) at the same time and displayed and stored.
