Abstract

Buluş, her türiü tarımsal veya bitkisel atıkları işlemden geçirerek yem haline getirerek tekrardan geri kazanımını sağlayan atak işleme makinası ile ilgilidir. Bu makinamız; bir şase (6) üzerine sabitlenen ve içerisinde kazan (1.1), kazan kapağı (1.2) ve öğütücü bıçaklara (1.3) sahip bir öğütücüye (1), yükleme hunisinde (3) bulunan işlenecek bitkisel veya hayvansal atıkları kazana (1.1) aktaran yükleme helezonlarına (3), kurutularak un haline getirilen mamul ürünün kazandan (1.1) çuvallama veya paketleme için boşaltma hunisine (4) aktaran boşaltma helezonuna (5), kazan için gerekli hareketi sağlayan motor ve redüktör grubuna (7,8) ve tüm sistemin kontrolünü yapan bir kontrol paneline sahiptir. Ayrıca, kazan (1.1) içinde bulunan atağın kurutulması sırasında ortaya çıkan buharı toplayan buhar toplama hunisine (12), buhar toplama hunisinden (12) gelen buhar ile çalışan bir buhar türbinine (10) ve buhar türbinin (10) hareketi ile elektrik enerjisi üreten bir buhar jeneratörüne (11) sahiptir.
