Abstract
Mevcut buluş, kağıt ile tutkalsız laminasyon için uygun bir çift eksenli yönlendirilmiş polipropilen film ve bunun bir hazırlama yöntemi ile ilgilidir. Film bir yüzey tabakası, bir dolgu tabakası ve bunun karşılığında konumlandırılmış ve koekstrüzyon ile lamine edilmiş bir fonksiyonel tabaka içermekte olup; fonksiyonel tabaka kağıt, önbasımlı kağıt ya da böyle tabaka içeren bir başka film ile lamine edilebilmektedir. Bir üst altyüzey tabakası yüzey tabakası ve dolgu tabakası arasında konumlandınlmıştır ve bir alttaki altyüzey tabakası dolgu tabakası ve fonksiyonel tabaka arasında konumlandınlmıştır. Filmin hazırlama yöntemi: seçili hammaddeleri bir çıkartıcı içerisine gönderme ve bir ergiyik olmalan için plastikleştirme; ergiyiki bir geçiş yoluyla transfer etme; ergiyiki bir filtre vasıtasıyla filtreleme; ergiyiki akış bloğu vasıtasıyla bir boyaya dağıtma; somasında düz-boya işlemi ya da baloncuk oluşturma işlemi vasıtasıyla filmi üretme; bir jumbo-ralo oluşturmak üzere filmi ışık halesi ya da alev ile işlemleme; jumbo-raloyu yaşlandırma depolamasına maruz bırakma ve son olarak film ürününe kesme işlemlerini içermektedir.The present invention relates to a biaxially oriented polypropylene film suitable for glue-free lamination with paper and a method of preparation thereof. The film comprises a surface layer, a filler layer, and a functional layer which is positioned and in turn laminated by coextrusion; The functional layer may be laminated with paper, preprinted paper or other film containing such layer. An upper surface layer is positioned between the surface layer and the filler layer, and a lower surface layer is positioned between the filler layer and the functional layer. The method of preparing the film includes: introducing selected raw materials into an extruder and plasticizing them to be a melt; transferring the melt through a transition; filtration through a melt filter; distributing the melt to a paint by means of a flow block; producing the film by means of a flat-dye process or bubble forming process thereon; treating the film with light halo or flame to form a jumbo-ralo; exposing the jumbo-rola to aging storage and finally cutting to the film product.
