Abstract
Buluş konusu koruma devresi (A), SMPS'ın çıkış voltajlarının bağlı olduğu ve bu çıkış voltajlarını kontrol ederek herhangi bir hata olması durumunda güç iletimini kesmek üzere anahtara (3) komut veren bir mantıksal NOR devresini (1), koruma devresinin sistem ilk açıldığı anda belirli bir süre için devreye girmesini engelleyen bir gecikme devresini (2), söz konusu NOR devresine ve gecikme devresine bağlı ve hata durumunda entegre devreyi (IC) kapatarak güç iletiminin kesilmesini sağlayan bir anahtarı (3), bekleme konumundayken çıkış voltajı hatlarını NOR devresi girişlerinden ayıran, mikro kontrolörden gelen bekleme kontrol sinyali (6) tarafından kontrol edilen sen anahtarları (4) (Q205) içermektedir.
