Abstract

Çıkış yükü (152), ateşleme sinyalini yayan bir sinyal iletim hattı (111) üzerine monte edilmiş bir başlatıcı şeklinde olabilmektedir. Bir geciktirme elemanı (84, Şekil 9), bir substrat (alt tabaka) (86) ve substrat üzerinde düzenlenmiş reaktif çok katmanlı bir laminatı (88) ıçerebilmekte ve giriş sinyalinin (I) konumundan çıkış sinyalinin (O) konumuna doğru serpantin biçimli bir ilerleme yolunu tanımlamak üzere şekillendirilebilmektedır. Geciktirme elemanı içi dolu elemanlardan (62a, 62b, Şekil 6) oluşan bir fünye veya tüp biçimli bir gövde (76, Şekil 7) içinde düzenlenebilmektedir.
