Abstract

Bu buluş; her türlü fosil kökenli kaynaklar ve diğer atıklardan piroliz ve gazlaştırma yöntemi ile çeşitli yanıcı gazlar üretilmesi esnasında oksitlenme ve indirgenme bölgesinde (9) yakıtın düzenli olarak dağılımını sağlayacak içten karıştırmalı ters akışlı piroliz gazlaştırıcı bir reaktör (1) ile ilgilidir. Reaktörün piroliz bölgesinde (4) yakıtın dağılımı karıştırıcılı bir sistem ile düzenli hareket ettirilerek, ısının homojen dağılımı ve oksitlenme bölgesinde köprülerime önlenerek oksitlenme sürekli kılınıp, karıştırıcı (5) aracılığı ile oksitlenme bölgesinde oksitlenme hızı arttırılabilmekte karıştırıcının (5) soğutulması da sağlanmaktadır.
