Abstract
Mevcut bulus, bir bagisiklik yanitinin stimule edilmesi için insanlara ve insan disindaki hayvanlara uygulanmak üzere bakteriyel immünojenik ajanlar sunmaktadir. Özellikle memeli türlerinin, asi vurulan canlilarin patojenik bakteri türlerinin olusturacagi bir enfeksiyona karsi korunmasina yönelik antikor üretimi stimulasyon mekanizmasi olarak bir alfa helikse sahip olup kolin baglayici bir kesimleri bulunmayan, pnömokoklardan türetilmis polipeptidlerle asilanmasiyla ilgilidir. Diger yönden mevcut bulus bu tür protein ve protein komplekslerine karsi, patojenik bakteri türlerine yönelik diyagnostik ve/veya koruyucu/tedavi edici ajanlar olarak kullanilabilen antikorlar temin etmektedir.
