Bu tasiyici sasi rotatif olup, çevre ile baglanti bir valf vasitasiyla bir tabla içerir; tablanin karsisinda cevre ile baglantili olarak beslenip bosaltilan bir tabla vardir.Bu ikinci element ilk tablaya göre ayarli bir hareket için, sinirli bir vargelli rotasyon yapabilir. Bu hareketler, pozisyon sensorlari olan elektromotorlarla gerçeklestirilir.
