Abstract

Degistirilmis elyaflar ve kaplama, örgü, astar gibi diger polipropilen ürünler, elastikiyet yumusaklik ve düzeltilmis boya emicilik gibi essiz özelliklerle icat edilmistir. Bu elyaflar ve diger ürünler, standard polipropilen ve kauçuk gibi kullanilan malzemelerin karisimindan yapilmistur. Kullanilan kauçuk, etilenli ve/veya ana dizide yüksek alken gruplari ile etilen kopolimer ve/veya polyoefin kopolimer ile kollara ayrilmistir. Elastomer asagidaki özelliklerle karakterize edilmistir: 80 C' den düsük olmayan eritme noktasi. 1' den 60 gr' a /10 dakika eriyik yayilma muhteviyati, 0.85-0.95 gr/cm3' te yogunluk. Propilenin kauçuk dizilerine agirlik orani 99,9:0.1' den 0.1:99.9' a dir. Elyaf kaplama, örgü ve astar gibi ürünler, granüllerin karisimindan bilinen imalat metodlariyla olusturulmustur.
