Abstract

Sistemin kullanilmasi sayesinde, kullanicilar daha önce mümkün olandan daha fazla iletisim agi yönünü yönetebilmekte ve bir merkezi siteden iletisim agi yönünü yönetebilmekte ve bir merkezi siteden iletisim agi faaliyetlerini kontrol edebilmektedir.A system and method for routing telephone calls data and other multimedia information over a hybrid communication network, which may include transferring information on the internet. Profile information is used by the system for routing, billing, monitoring, reporting and other media control functions throughout the media experience. The system may primarily include routing. It can organize callback sessions and present an image to the caller via a web page containing status information on the callback session. Thanks to the use of the system, users can manage more communication routes than possible before, and can manage communication directions from a central site and control communication activities from a central site.
