Abstract

A cast boiler that is developed to increase efficiency and respond without problems to varying temperature demands in low temperature heating systems, variable, especially when operating below steam dew point temperature due to very low return water temperatures, prevents condensation in chimney gasses, and thus preventing operational breakdowns and corrosion due to condensation; enables lowering condensation temperature much down utilizing bypass pump function in rear section of boiler by cold water jetting from boiler rear section along the length of boiler, and enables lowering boiler return water temperature much down by heating cold return water, which is the major source of condensation, using hot water inside boiler the moment cold water enters the boiler.
