Eklemin iptal edilebilmesi sayesinde eklem yetmezligi dolayisiyla redüksiyon kaybi ortadan kaldirilabilmektedir. Eklemin kaldirilmasiyla distraksiyon-kompresyon payi arttirilmistir. Distraksiyon ünitesi gövde içine tasinmistir.
