Abstract
La présente invention concerne un appareil d'exercice et, plus particulièrement, un dispositif d'entraînement pliométrique, d'apprentissage et d'évaluation des tirs (lancers, frappes) du ballon et équivalent (javelot, poids), pour le renforcement de l'épaule et du bras chez les sportifs de différentes disciplines sportives impliquant toute la chaîne cinétique lors de l'exécution d'un exercice balistique dans son amplitude complète à l'arrêt ou en mouvement. Le dispositif, qui est adapté au geste spécifique de compétition, comprend un ballon (13) attaché à une barre ( 11) sur laquelle est suspendue une charge additionnelle ( 40) adaptée et prédéfinie selon la puissance maximale des sujets. Un treuil manuel (3) assure la montée et la descente d'un chariot (6), faisant partie d'une structure complète, dans le but d'adapter la hauteur du ballon à la taille des sujets. L'invention prévoit la présentation des valeurs de vitesse, d'accélération, de puissance et de force dans des angles d'exécution appropriés en mode concentrique et excentrique de la contraction musculaire, grâce au traitement de signaux des capteurs de force (36), de position (21) et de vitesse (22), par un bloc connecteur lié à un PC.The present invention relates to an exercise apparatus and, more particularly, to a plyometric training device, to learning and evaluating the shots (throws, strikes) of the ball and the equivalent (javelin, weight), for the reinforcement of the shoulder and arm in athletes of different sports disciplines involving the entire kinetic chain during the execution of a ballistic exercise in its full range when stopped or moving.
