Abstract
DC60 แกนแข็งเคลือบเจลสารสกัดยอ มีลักษณะเป็นวัสดุแข็งจากธรรมชาติ ซึ่งทำหน้าที่เป็นที่ เกาะของเซลล์ นำมาเคลือบด้วยเจลผสมสารสกัดจากใบยอหรือลูกยอ ซึ่งมีฤทธิ์ในการซ่อมแซม เนื้อเยื่อในช่องปาก (ได้แก่กระดูก โพรงฟัน และอวัยวะปริทันต์) ทำให้แผลในช่องปากหายเร็วขึ้น และเหนี่ยวนำเซลล์ต้นกำเนิดในช่องปากบริเวณเยื่อหุ้มกระดูก โพรงฟัน และอวัยวะปริทันต์ เปลี่ยนแปลงตัวเองไปเป็นเซลล์สร้างกระดูก เซลล์สร้างเนื้อฟัน และเซลล์สร้างอวัยวะปริทันต์ ตลอดจนใช้ในงานปลูกกระดูกหรือในงานวิศวกรรมเนื้อเยื่อ เพื่อทำให้อวัยวะปริทันต์ถูกสร้างขึ้นมา ใหม่ แกนแข็งเคลือบเจลสารสกัดยอ มีลักษณะเป็นวัสดุแข็งจากธรรมชาติ ซึ่งทำหน้าที่เป็นที่ เกาะของเซลล์ นำมาเคลือบด้วยเจลผสมสารสกัดจากใบยอหรือลูกยอ ซึ่งมีฤทธิ์ในการซ่อมแซม เนื้อเยื่อในช่องปาก (ได้แก่กระดูก โพรงฟัน และอวัยวะปริทันต์) ทำให้แผลในช่องปากหายเร็วขึ้น และเหนี่ยวนำเซลล์ต้นกำเนิดในช่องปากบริเวณเยื่อหุ้มกระดูก โพรงฟัน และอวัยวะปริทันต์ เปลี่ยนแปลงตัวเองไปเป็นเซลล์สร้างกระดูด เซลล์สร้างเนื้อฟัน และเซลล์สร้างอวัยวะปริทันต์ ตลอดจนใช้ในงานปลูกกระดูกหรือในงานวิศวกรรมเนื้อเยื่อ เพื่อทำให้อวัยวะปริทันต์ถูกสร้างขึ้นมา ใหม่ สิทธิบัตรยา

1. แกนแข็งเคลือบเจลสารสกัดยอ เป็นวัสดุสำหรับในงานทางทันตกรรมสำหรับรักษาโรคในช่อง ปาก มีลักษณะเป็นวัสดุแข็งจากธรรมชาติ ที่มีลักษณะพิเศษคือ เป็นแกนแข็งจากธรรมชาติที่ไม่ ผ่านกระบวนการทางเคมี ที่นำมาเคลือบด้วยเจลสารสกัดยอซึ่งมีสารออกฤทธิ์ในการซ่อมแซมและ ฟื้นฟูเนื้อเยื่อในช่องปาก โดยมีความเข้มข้นของสารสกัดยอ 0.01 - 30% (น้ำหนัก/ปริมาตร)
