Claims (1)
1. วิธีการเพื่อการผลิตพื้นผิวตัวนำทางไฟฟ้าแบบเป็นโครงสร้างบนซับสเตรท ซึ่งประกอบ รวมด้วยขั้นตอนต่อไปนี้ a) การจัดโครงสร้างชั้นฐานที่มีอนุภาคแบบเคลือบได้แบบใช้อิเล็กโทรไลต์ และ/หรือ แบบ ไม่ใช้ไฟฟ้าบนซับสเตรทโดยการเสียดกร่อนชั้นฐานตามโครงสร้างที่กำหนดไว้ล่วงหน้าด้วยเลเซอร์ b) การกระตุ้นพื้นผิวของอนุภาคแบบเคลือบได้แบบใช้อิเล็กโทรไลต์ และ/หรือ แบบไม่ใช้ ไฟฟ้า และ c) การใช้การเคลือบตัวนำทางไฟฟ้าบนชั้นฐานแบบเป็นโครงสร้าง 2
