The benzoinmidazole derivatives are substances which are antagonistic to the vanilloid reactor and in particular involve a method for the preparation of benzoinmidazole derivatives with high purity and high yield. Benzoinmidazole derivatives are synthesized using a novel intermediate, namely benzaldehyde, and because of this simple preparation process, benzoinmidazole derivatives are applied in their production.
