Inexpensive silicon steel alloy is ground and mixed with inexpensive coconut coir biomass to reduce production costs. The mixture is then calcined to induce carbonization. The resulting material is then molded into a silicon nitride composite, with silicon nitride as the primary component and carbon to enhance thermal conductivity, a key advantage of this invention. This composite is then mixed with a binder and a water-based medium, molded into the desired shape using casting or compression molding, and fired to create a ceramic composite with thermal conductivity in the range of 3-7 (W/m/K) and an apparent density of 2.3-3.1 g/cm³. Furthermore, the silicon nitride composite ceramic crucible, as described in this invention, is practically usable at operating temperatures of approximately 1000-1200°C.
