(ii) a neutralizing endopeptidase (NEP) inhibitor, or its pharmaceutically recognized salts; and, alternatively, at least one selected therapeutic agent from a group comprising (a) a diuretic or its pharmaceutically recognized salts; and (b) angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB), or its pharmaceutically recognized salts; for the prevention, delayed onset and/or treatment of diseases or conditions mediated by angiotensin II and/or NEP activity, which are administered to warm-blooded animals, including humans, requiring such agent, in an effective therapeutic dose of the mixture of this invention.
