1. สารประกอบคาร์บอกซิเลทที่แสดงได้ด้วย (A) ต่อไปนี้(สูตรเคมี) โดยที่ R1 คือหมู่หนึ่งที่เลือกจากหมู่ที่ประกอบด้วย หมู่อัลคิลที่มีคาร์บอน 6-18 อะตอม หมู่อัลคอกซีที่มี คาร์บอน 6-18 อะตอม และหมู่ฮาโลจีเนทเต็ดอัลคิลที่มี คาร์บอน 6-18 อะตอม, C* คืออะซิมเมตริดคาร์บอนอะตอมและ R2 คือหมู่ที่แสดงได้ด้วยสูตร (B) หรือ (C) ต่อไปนี้ -(CH2) m-CH3 ...[B] -(CH2) m-COOR3 ...[C] โดย m คือเลขจาก 2-6% คือเลขจาก 0-5, และ R3 คือหมู่อัลคิล ที่มีคาร์บอน 1-10 อะตอม หรือหมู่ฮาโลจีเนทเต็ดอัลคิลที่มี คาร์บอน 1-10 อะตอม
