Claims (24)

  1. 하기 일반식의 화합물 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염.
    상기식에서, (a) X는 할로이거나 또는 존재하지 않고; Y는 비치환되거나 또는 할로겐-치환된 메틸, 할로, 니트로, 아미노 및 메트록시로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 치환체이며; (b)R은 R1C(O)OH, R1C(O)N(R2)2또는 R1N(R2)2이고, 여기에서, R1은 비치환되거나 또는 C1-C2알킬로 치환된 C1-C3알킬이고, R2는 각각 독립적으로 수소 또는 저급 알킬이거나; 또는 R2그룹 둘다가 연결되어, 산소 및 질소중에서 선택된 1개 또는 2개의 헤테로원자를 함유하고 비치환 되거나 또는 저급 알킬 또는 하이드록시-치환된 저급 알킬로 치환된, 포화된 5-또는 6-원-1(membered)헤테로사이클을 형성한다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, X가 존재하지 않는 화합물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, X가 할로인 화합물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, R이 R1C(O)OH 또는 R1C(O)N(R2)2인 화합물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, R이 R1C(O)N(R2)2이고; R2그룹 둘다가 연결되어, 산소 및 질소중에서 선택된 1개 또는 2개의 헤테로원자를 함유하고 비치환되거나 또는 저급 알킬 또는 하이드록시-치환된, 저급 알킬로 치환된, 포화된 5- 또는 6-원 헤테로사이클을 형성하는 화합물.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, R이 3-디에틸아미노-2, 2-디메틸프로필인 화합물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, R이 3-디에틸아미노프로필인 화합물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, Y가 할로치환된 메틸인 화합물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, Y가 트리플루오로메틸인 화합물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, X가 존재하지 않고; R이 3-디에틸아미노-2, 2-디메틸프로필이며; Y가 파라- 및 메타-플루오로, 파라- 및 메타-클로로, 파라- 및 메타-트리플루오로메틸, 메타-니트로, 파라- 및 메타-브로모, 파라- 및 메타-메톡시, 파라-메틸, 파라-아미노 및 오르토-클로로로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 화합물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, Y가 파라-및 메타-플루오로, 파라- 및 메타-클로로, 파라- 및 메타-트리플루오로메틸, 메타-니트로, 파라- 및 메타-브로모, 파라- 및 메타-메톡시 및 파라-메틸로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 화합물.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, Y가 트리플루오로메틸이고, R이 3-디에틸아미노-2, 2-디메틸프로필인 화합물.
  13. 제3항에 있어서, R이 3-디에틸아미노-2, 2-디메틸프로필이고, X와 둘다가 클로로인 화합물.
  14. 제1항에 따르는 5-페닐 푸란 안전 유효량 및 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체를 포함하는 조성물.
  15. 간질성 발작에 걸리기 쉬운 사람 또는 하등 동물에서 상기 발작을 방지하는데 있어서의 하기 일반식의 화합물 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염의 용도.

  20. 제15항에 있어서, R이 R1C(O)OH 또는 R1C(O)N(R2)2용도.
  21. 제15항에 있어서, R이 R1C(O)N(R2)2또는 R1N(R2)2이고, R2그룹 둘다가 연결되어, 산소 및 질소중에서 선택된 1개 또는 2개의 헤테로원자를 함유하고 비치환되거나 또는 저급 알킬 또는 하이드록시-치환된 저급 알킬로 치환된, 포화된 5-또는 6-원 헤테로사이클을 형성하는 용도.
  22. 제15항에 있어서, X가 존재하지 않고; R이 3-디에틸아미노-2, 2-디메틸프로필이며; Y가 파라- 및 메타-플루오로, 파라- 및 메타-클로로, 파라- 및 메타-트리플루오로메틸, 메타-니트로, 파라- 및 메타-브로모, 파라- 및 메타-메톡시, 파라-메틸, 파라-아미노 및 오르토-클로로로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 용도.
  23. 제17항에 있어서, R이 3-디 에틸아미노-2, 2-디메틸프로필이고, X와 Y둘다가 클로로 및 플루오로로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 동일한 치환체인 용도.
  24. 제18항에 있어서, Y가 파라- 및 메타-플루오로, 파라- 및 메타-클로로, 파라- 및 메타-트리플루오로메틸, 메타-니트로, 파라- 및 메타-브로모, 파라- 및 메타-메톡시 및 파라-메틸로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 용도.
