This is achieved by treating the used polybutylene terephthalate resin release film after hot-press bonding of the flexible printed circuit board film base material to the cover film. The observed endothermic temperature during crystallization when performing differential calorimetry with increasing temperature shows values in the range not less than 185°C and below the melting point of the resin.
