DC60 (13/05/48) The improved Type 3 window sash guide set and accessories consist of a long shaft of equal diameter with one or more hinges to redirect force and lock movement through the window frame holes. This type of device features a T-shaped window clamp, a pair of U-shaped plates that clamp onto the window edge, and various accessories to assist in different applications.

Claims (3)

1. The 3-stage adjustable window sash assembly consists of a straight, solid, round shaft (12) with a handle (11) at one end and a threaded joint (13) at the other end, connected to the threaded joint of the hinge arm (14), which is made of two short, round shafts joined by a hinge (15). The other end of this hinge arm is a straight shaft perpendicular to a small T-shaped pivot (16) inserted into a pair of U-shaped clamps (17) which are attached to the fins under the window sash (02). The window frame has a small, solid, grooved (20) reinforcing bar (21) that fits snugly into the window frame track (03) and is held securely in place. A power transmission hole (22) is drilled perpendicularly through the hole in the frame above the reinforcing bar (04) to allow the entire shaft to pass through the hole and move. The window is forced at the underside of the sash edge (02) on the inside of the room, there is a main hole cover plate (18) and next to it is a J locking hook plate (19). 2. The window sash fixing set is modified 3 according to item 1, but uses a slanted hole frame reinforcement bar (20A) which has a slanted hole path and the outer hole opening is wider than the other side hole. 3. The 3rd modified window sash set according to item 1. uses a pressure distribution plate (30) installed on the outside surface of the window. It is a thick, strong material plate with at least 2 threaded holes that correspond to the holes in the double U plate (17). A nut (32) is threaded through the spring washer (31) and the double U plate (17) from the inside of the window sash (02) through the window fins to be tightened and help distribute the pressure over a larger area. The outside surface of this pressure distribution plate (30) is also an area for decoration, showing the surface and shape and color for aesthetic purposes or displaying a promotional mark.
