Disposable absorbent material with a longitudinal core, such material consists of: an impermeable backing pad; a permeable backing pad with an anterior, posterior, and at least one passageway modified to allow waste to pass through the pad; such padding is partially in contact with the backing pad; an absorbent core is centrally located between the padding pad and the backing pad; pathways for pad fusion are located longitudinally, not adjacent to the passageways, and are located anteriorly on the pad; and pathways for pad fusion are located longitudinally, not adjacent to the passages, and are located posteriorly on the pad.
