ชุดตรวจโรคเมลิออยโดลิสโดยเทคนิคลาเท็กซ์ แอ็กกลูติเนชั่น เป็นชุดตรวจอย่างง่าย สำหรับตรวจหาแอนติบอดีจำเพาะต่อเชื้อบล๊อกโคเดอเรีย สูโดมาลิอาย ซึ่งเป็นสาเหตุของโรคเมลิ ออยโดลิสในตัวอย่างซีรัมของคนและสัตว์ประกอบด้วย 1) น้ำยาลาเท็กซ์เคลือบสารสกัดจาก เชื้อบล็อกโคเดอเรีย สูโดมาลิอาย 2) ซีรัมควบคุมผลบวก 3) ซีรัมควบคมผลลบ 4) แผ่นปลาสติก พื้นดำสำหรับผสมซีรัมและน้ำยาลาเท็กซ์ 5) ไม้เขียสำหรับผสม มีขั้นตอนการ เตรียมโดยสกัดโปรตีนจากเชื้อ บล็อกโคเดอเรีย สูโดมาลิออยเคลือบเม็ดลาเท็กซ์ วิธีตรวจหา แอนติบอดีโดยผสมซีรัมและน้ำยาลาเท็กซ์บนแผ่นปลาสติก และอ่านผลปฏิกิริยาตกตะกอนด้วย ตาเปล่า ผลบวกจะเกิดการจับกลุ่มของเม็ดลาเท็กซ์เห็นเป็นตะกอนชัดเจน ภายใน 5 นาที แสดงว่า มีการติดเชื้อเมลิออยโดลิส การประเมินประสิทธิภาพของชุดน้ำยานี้แสดงว่า สามารถนำไปใช้ในการตรวจวินิจฉัยโรคเมลิออยลิสเบี้ยงต้นได้อย่างถูกต้อง

1.ชุดน้ำยาตรวจโรคเมลิออยโดลิสโดยเทคนิคลาเท็กซ์ แอ็กกลูติเนชั่นประกอบด้วย - น้ำยาลาเท็กซ์เคลือบสารสกัดจากเชื้อบล๊อกโคเดอเรีย สูโดมาลิออยในขวดหยด 1 ขวด ประกอบด้วย เม็ดลาเท็กซ์ ชนิดสีน้ำเงิน ขนาด 2.0 ไมครอน ที่เคลือบสารสกัดจากเชื้อ บล๊อกโคเดอเรีย สูโดมาลิอาย ในสารละลายสตอเรทบัฟเฟอร์ - ซีรัมควบคุมผลบวก 1 ขวด ซึ่งเตรียมจากซีรัมผู้ป่วยเมลิออยโดลิสที่มีผลการเพาะเชื้อ พบเชื้อ บล๊อกโคเดอเรีย สูโดมาลิอายและมีผลการตรวจหาแอลติบอดีด้วยวิธี Immunofluorescent assay (IFA) ให้ผลบวก และมีส่วนสผมของ 0.02% โซเดียมเอไซด์ - ซีรัมควบคุมผลลบ 1 ขวด ซึ่งเตรียมจากซีรัมของคนสุขภาพดีที่มีผลการตรวจหาแอนติบอดี ด้วยวิธี Immunofluorescent assay (IFA) ให้ผลลบ และมีส่วนผสมของ 0.02% โซเดียมเอไซด์ - แผ่นปลายสติกพื้นดำ สำหรับผสมซีรัมและน้ำยาลาเท็กซ์ เพื่ออ่านผลปฏิกิริยา - ไม้เขี่ยสำหรับผสมซีรัมและน้ำยาลาเท็กซ์ ใส่ในถุงปลาสติก
