1.กรรมวิธีการเตรียมแอนทิเจน ของเยื่อ รอพทรี ของชั้นเข้าสู่เม็ดเลือดแบบไร้เพศของ modium falciparum ซึ่งมีลักษณะ เฉพาะโดย : (i) เริ่มสร้างขึ้นครั้งแรกเป็น พอลิเพพไทด์ ที่มีน้ำหนัก โมเลกุลประมาณ 80,000, (ii) อยู่ตรงส่วนคอของ รอฟทรี ของเมโรโซอิท, และ (iii) มีลักษณะเฉพาะของการละลาย และส่วนที่ชอบเป็น น้ำเป็นลักษณะของโปรตีนเยื่อที่มีอยู่ร่วมกัน, หรือชิ้นส่วนแอนทิเจนของสิ่งนั้น
