Abstract

1. กระบวนการสำหรับการผลิตแคปซูลใส่ยาที่มีคุณสมบัติเอนเทอริคซึ่งประกอบด้วยขั้นตอนต่อไปนี้ (ก) การผสมสารกระจายที่มีน้ำซึ่งมีความหนืดสูงของโพลีเ มอร์ชนิดละเอียดพิเศษที่ใช้ทำเป็นฟิล์ม พลาสติไซเซอร์หรือ สารผสมของพลาสติไซเซอร์ สารเสริมที่เพิ่มความหนืดและสาร กำจัดฟอง (ข) การจุ่มหมุดโลหะที่ทำให้อุ่นก่อนแล้วลงในสารกระจายและ การยกหมุดออกที่ความเร็วคงที่ ให้สารกระจายที่เกาะติดกับ หมุดหยดลงในช่วงเวลที่จำกัดและสารกระจายที่เปลี่ยนรูปร่าง ในเวลาต่อมาเป็นฟิลมที่ต่อเนื่องกันระหว่างการหมุนของหมุด โลหะและภายใต้สภาแท็ก :
