Claims (10)

Shaving cream contains: (i) gases, from approximately 1 to approximately 20 percent, consisting of dimethyl ether and hydrocarbons in a weight ratio of approximately 5:1 to approximately 1:5; (ii) anionic surfactants, from approximately 0.5 to approximately 25 percent; (iii) fatty alcohols C12-C24, from approximately 0.05 to approximately 20 percent; (iv) hydrophobic emollients, from approximately 5 to approximately 40 percent: here, the total weight ratio of all hydrophobic emollients to all anionic surfactants participating in the product composition ranges from approximately 50:1 to greater than approximately 1:1. 2. The product composition conforms to claim 1 herein. The hydrophobic emollient is selected from a group consisting of vegetable oil, petrolatum, lanolin oil and their combinations. 3. The product's composition conforms to claim 2 herein. The vegetable oil is selected from a group consisting of sunflower seed oil, soybean oil, and mixtures thereof. 4. The product composition conforms to claim 1 herein. The ratio of dimethyl ether to hydrocarbons is in the range of approximately 2:1 to approximately 1:2. 5. The product's composition conforms to claim 1 herein. The additional product composition includes semi-ionic surfactants. 6. The product composition conforms to claim 1 herein. The total weight ratio of all hydrophobic emollients to all charged reducing agents is within the range of approximately 5:1 to approximately 1.5:1. 7. The product composition conforms to claim 1, and includes hydrophilic emollients ranging from approximately 0.5 to approximately 30 percent. 8. The product's composition conforms to claim 7 herein. The hydrophilic emollient is glycerol. 9. The product composition conforms to claim 7 herein. The weight ratio of the total hydrophobic to hydrophilic emollients is in the range of approximately 20:1 to greater than approximately 1:1. 10. The method of shaving human skin consists of: (a) the composition of the shaving cream product, which includes: (i) gases from approximately 1 to approximately 20 percent, consisting of dimethyl ether and hydrocarbons in a weight ratio of approximately 5:1 to approximately 1:5; (ii) anionic surfactants from approximately 0.5 to approximately 25 percent; (iiii) fatty alcohols C12-C24 from approximately 0.05 to approximately 20 percent; (iv) hydrophobic emollients from approximately 5 to approximately 40 percent; here, the total weight ratio of all hydrophobic emollients to all anionic surfactants in the product composition is in the range of approximately 50:1 to more than approximately 1.1; (b) the application of the shaving cream product to human skin; and (c) the application of a razor to the skin area covered by the product. Shaving cream products are used to trim or shave the hair in that area.
